Melyssa Davidson

Melyssa is one of Park City’s foremost attorneys in the area of homeowner and condominium association law.  Most recently, she has been named in Utah Business magazine’s 2016 Utah Legal Elites.  Melyssa represents homeowner and condominium associations and individual owners throughout Park City and Summit, Wasatch, and Salt Lake Counties. Melyssa’s practice encompasses all aspects of HOA law including litigation and collections. She regularly advises and assists HOA boards and management committees with enforcement of CC&Rs and association governance issues. Melyssa also counsels and assists real estate developers with the formation of community associations as nonprofit corporations and the preparation of master declarations, community association rules, articles of incorporation, and corporate bylaws.  She is particularly skilled at contract drafting and governing document re-writes.  Prior to joining Wrona DuBois, Melyssa was a partner at Morris Sperry and has also been a shareholder at Parsons Kinghorn Harris in Salt Lake City where her practice included real estate, bankruptcy, commercial litigation and employment law.  She has been a National Business Institute seminar presenter and also provides training and legislative updates for members serving on their HOA board and management committees.  Melyssa is a long-time Park City resident and loves the mountains. When not at work managing her clients’ needs, she’s skiing or hiking with her husband, their two children and the family’s two dogs.
