Nick W. Frost

Nick Frost joined Wrona DuBois in January of 2013. Before his legal career, Nick was a real estate agent in the Park City area for multiple years where he negotiated complex residential, commercial and mixed use transactions. As a real estate agent, Nick assisted in implementing and structuring multiple development projects in the Park City area and acquired a deep knowledge of legal complexities involved with development undertakings.  During law school, Nick was a member of Law Review and specifically concentrated on real estate law, including condominium law and zoning and land use planning. Nick practice with WGD involves representation of real estate agents, developers, homeowners associations, and prospective sellers and buyers in various matters, including negotiation  of contracts, construction, land use planning, zoning and commercial litigation.
