Recognized as one of Utah’s “Legal Elite” by Utah Business Magazine 5 times from 2006 to 2013, Paul oversees the firm’s Business and Real Estate Transactions practice and the firm’s Trust and Estate Planning practice.  Before joining Wrona DuBois Law Firm Paul spent several years practicing law in large firms in Las Vegas and Los Angeles where he handled complex legal, financial, land and construction transactions for world class hotels and resorts on the Las Vegas Strip, and where he was also an adjunct professor of Business Law at UNLV.  Paul brought his skills, expansive legal knowledge and experience to Summit County and Wasatch County 13 years ago, in order to return to his wife Kate’s roots in the Heber Valley.  Paul has dedicated himself to providing excellent and timely legal services to the area’s businesses and residents. Paul has also served as the Administrative Law Judge for Heber City.  Paul is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps, and served a one-year combat tour in Afghanistan from 2009-2010 with the Army’s elite 82nd Airborne Division. His area of responsibility included a large sector of Afghanistan along the Pakistani border, and he coordinated and worked with local Afghan nationals and NATO forces from more than 18 different nations during his deployment.  Paul was decorated numerous times for his role in combat missions in Afghanistan. Paul resides in Heber City, Utah with his wife and their four children. He is active in church, school and civic activities and enjoys the outdoors.
