Testimonials

As a seven year resident of the PCC, I have seen the management of our building going from below average to inept. When owners finally decided to have the first election in seven years, it was mishandled [to say the least]. The next task was to remedy the situation. After several months of ineffective legal work and high costs to our condominium association, we engaged the services of Robert Rosing. From then on, good and honest things happened. We have a new board and finally a bright future for our home which was going downhill at a very alarming pace. Thanks Robert for your professionalism and skill in helping our condominium association.

Robert Rosing solved a 40 year old complex legal problem for our condominium association. His legal expertise and skillful negotiating abilities brought all parties together for a settlement without litigation. His efforts equitably cleared title for all unit owners and brought peace to our membership.
Michael, Board Member

Attorney Robert Rosing represented the Southern Clipper Condominium Association in a very sticky situation that required innovation and smoothing of feathers that had been fiercely riled over the course of 30 years. He demonstrated honesty, directness and a kindness that won the hearts of the people that we had to deal with and enabled us to buy out their land lease. His cool compassion and incisiveness was the primary reason that the Southern Clipper no longer has any land lease encumbrance.

I could not have been more pleased with the services performed by Attorney Robert Rosing in assisting our HOA with an update of our CC&Rs and by-laws. I was very impressed with his extensive and in depth knowledge of the workings of HOAs, the high quality of his work product, and his overall professionalism. While our project was a relatively small one, Mr. Rosing gave our project his fullest attention from start to finish and could not have been more responsive to the needs of our HOA. He was truly a pleasure to work with and I cannot more highly recommend his services.
Patricia, President of Kings Crown HOA in Park City

My wife and I worked with Robert Rosing. Right from the get go, we knew Robert was taking our case very seriously. He was quick to respond to our requests, offered solutions, and articulated the solutions in a really effective way. We are grateful for the service and HOA knowledge that Robert provided. In the end, we got the result we were after. We highly recommend him!
Jake, Owner in Salt Lake City Condominium Association

We hired Robert Rosing to represent us in an HOA dispute over who was on the board of the association and to remove two board members. This was the best decision we ever made. We had a previous lawyer who would not answer our phone messages, emails, or many times not take/return our phone calls. Robert was completely different. When we met Robert, by the time we finished telling him our situation, he had a good plan. He called us several times in the next few days and ALWAYS returned phone calls and emails. Most of the time he called us to explain what was going on (in terms we could understand). Two of our board members were sued by the former board and Robert was on top of everything, met court deadlines, and always sent us drafts of what he was going to send to the other attorney and the court for our approval. Needless to say, we won our case. I felt positive and confident in Robert from the moment I met him. I trusted Robert and he did not let me down. Robert is professional, creative, and knowledgeable about HOA law, intelligent, personable, and well worth every penny spent. Unlike our previous attorney, he knew the law backwards and forwards and didn’t have to spend extra time researching the different HOA statutes and laws. Robert's fees were comparable to other attorneys in that area of expertise. If you have an HOA problem and you want a fast resolution, Robert Rosing is who you want to put your trust in. I did, and he helped us get out of a tight situation with excellent results! We also hired him to handle our association’s business going forward.

I would be remiss if I did not take the time to acknowledge the positive outcome of Robert Rosing’s support, accomplishments, professionalism, demeanor, thoroughness, knowledgeable counsel, intensive focus, holistic approach, clear direction, strategy, and empathy demonstrated during our lengthy two year effort to correct the unpleasant situation that existed at our condominium complex - the Presidential Club Condominiums. In the extremely brief time since we engaged Robert’s services (1½ months), you were able to bring this entire negative situation to a hasty, cost-effective, and permanent conclusion. Oh - how I wish we had discovered your firm earlier. Our owners are quite relieved that our homeowners association is now able to focus on the efforts that are so critical to all owners including creating a positive environment for all. We, the Members of the Board, with the efforts of Robert, now have the ability to do just that. We look forward to a long, mutually beneficial relationship.
Jack Schiefer, Secretary Presidential Club Condominiums
